The shape of the DREI ZEITFIGUREN is determined by three time points in the format (hh:mm:ss), which are generated by a defined random system. The numbers of the time are read as coordinates for the course of the line along the x, y and z axes and transformed into a metal structure. Excerpts from the artist's book on time are displayed on the glass panels.

The notational system of time defined in DIE VERZEICHNUNG DER ZEIT is taken up and extended by the 3rd axis. The spatial drawing made of steel materialises time and forms a three-dimensional body out of linear time sequences contradicting a chronological concept of time.
